Rats and Bed Bugs take centre stage at Pestex

Visitors to the PelGar International stand at Pestex 2009 will see the full range
of PelGar’s advance formula rodenticides – which offers the broadest product portfolio of any company in the UK.
 
This is because PelGar is supporting the three key active ingredients - difenacoum, bromadiolone and difenacoum, through the European Biocides Directive. This will ensure the continued supply of highly effective baits now, and in the future.
 
The company’s rodenticides are developed and manufactured in the UK, and are designed to exploit the natural feeding behaviour of rats and mice. Most formulations are available for all three active ingredients – giving pest controllers a wide choice, and the flexibility to select products appropriate to each situation.
 
PelGar will be displaying some previously unseen rodent activity video footage on the stand, as well as offering technical support and advice on any aspect of rodent control.
 
PelGar will also be showcasing their impressive range of insecticides. Most of these combine at least two active ingredients for long-lasting and fact-acting effects. Years of research and practical experience have enabled the PelGar team to develop some of the most robust and effective pest control insecticides in the market.
 
Bed Bug Control
As the incidence of bed bug infestations continues to rise, PelGar will be focussing on Cimetrol, one of its flagship insecticides.
 
This product was specifically designed and formulated to control bed bugs and fleas. Combining the killing agent alpha-cypermethrin, the knock-down agent tetramethrin, and the insect growth regulator pyriproxifen, Cimetrol can eliminate even the most serious infestations, saving time, money and loss of reputation - through call-backs and re-treatments.
