We are a young, expanding company searching for an experienced Bird Control Surveyor to work mainly within the M25.
This field based position would suit a person who can develop and manage new and existing clients, selling our services and managing the resulting contracts through to completion.
Your main target market will probably be the construction industry, as well as the property sector, blue chips and the High Street.
EBS is managed by industry experienced people who firmly believe in providing continued high levels of service to our clients. You can expect to receive ongoing field support, provision of sales leads and training as required to help maximise your potential.
You need to demonstrate an ability to create design specifications for architects and specifiers; accurate completion of tender packages and to communicate solutions to property managers of all types, verbally and in writing. Equipment provided to help you achieve this will include a mobile phone, laptop computer and digital camera.
Previous Health & Safety training is preferable, but not essential as we can provide it. A full UK driving license is required. All applicants need to be reasonably fit and healthy.
The successful applicant can expect a realistic OTE of around 40k, whilst top performers can reach around 50k.
