EBS Ltd is a rapidly expanding bird and pest prevention service provider working mainly in London and the Home Counties area. We work mainly for Managing Agents, FM Contractors, Building Contractors and similar blue chip organizations.

We are looking to employ a pest control and a bird control Sales Surveyor (2 in total) to further develop our presence in London, the Home Counties, South & South East England.
If your history is in selling bird control services, you will have proven experience in creating and selling solutions to architects and specifiers, fulfilling tender packages to main contractors and providing a specialist service to our blue chip client base and new prospects.
If your history is within pest control, you will have a similar proven track record in selling bespoke service contracts and jobs within a wide industry range at management and Director levels. Your territory would mainly be within the M25.
Your work will be around 60% self-generated with incoming leads and enquiries making the rest up. In return, you will receive a basic salary, uncapped commission structure, mobile phone, laptop computer, car allowance and travel card with London.
