We are Microbee, an Environmental Services Company and we are looking to hire some Technicians or trainee Technicians to start as soon as possible.
Microbee provides Pest Control, Bird Control and other Environmental services. Our clients require professional, well-presented and trained technicians to service their premises. We need personable, conscientious, and hard-working individuals who we can train to deliver these services.
To train for this role, you will need good observational skills and be thorough in your approach. We are looking for someone with a positive can-do attitude and cheerful personality. If you are already trained, you need BPCA, RSH or Rentokil qualifications.
The Head Office is based in Wimbledon but once trained, you will be working away from the office, on-site at the properties we care for. These may be in any part of London or Southern England and each day is different. You travel by Company Van to appointments, so finding your way around London using an A-Z will not be a problem for you.
Much of the job is carried out on your own once trained and you will need self-discipline and very good time management skills. Some of it is as part of a team and you will need to be able to get on with others in a productive way.
You do not need any previous experience and we will teach you everything you need to know during our induction and training program. You will work either alone or as part of a team of other technicians and biologists.
You get to see a lot of London and the Home counties as you travel around. You get to meet a lot of interesting people from all over. You get to work on famous buildings and sites. You get trusted to work alone, respected for your contribution and get a share of the profits.
