Integrated Pest Management Role Purpose 1. Support the implementation of the business strategic plans in the region by a. providing leadership and general business support for nominated countries b. development of sub regional channel strategy and managing nominated key accounts c. development of regional marketing plans for nominated products 2. Identify and analyse new business opportunities, provide input for business cases and implementation plans 3. Drive marketing and sales initiatives in Asia Pacific Region 4. Position covers home pest, professional pest, vector pest and material treatment Accountabilities Business/Marketing Support - Support the implementation of the business marketing strategies in countries, defining & leveraging best practice in marketing & sales and new value capture models. - Establish and build in-country and region-wide marketing, products and technical expertise - Participate in regional work teams to ensure optimal brand positioning and communication to customers and countries - Alignment of marketing strategies to ensure optimization of resources and reaping of synergies across different market segments - Differentiate from the competitors via in-depth understanding of key customer needs, providing solutions targeting at specified needs of each key customer Key Account Management - Analyse channel options for company products and develop channel plans - Develop customer relationships with key influencers and major customers - Creating a strategic relationship with the channel, advisors and the downstream value chain as a means of influencing and servicing customers - Monthly sales accountability for nominated customers/countries Business Development - Evaluate and develop market initiatives to address new opportunities in various market segment, including recommending business model, market sizing, opportunities assessment & pricing Knowledge, Skills and Experience - Proven success in sales & marketing - Basic understanding of regulatory issues & good industry technical understanding - A willingness to challenge basic concepts and look for new opportunities in product uses. - Good oral and written communication ability. - Strong influencer and negotiator - Strength in planning and time management. - Proven skills in project management. - Good insight of Asian culture and business processes - Conversant in English and Mandarin - Minimum qualification � tertiary degree in business management or relevant scientific discipline - Minimum experience � at least 5 years experience in a related business field Interested applicants please forward detailed resume in MS Word format to [email protected]
