Environmental Services provide pest control services to business and domestic customers and deal with a range of public health related issues.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with a minimum of 3 years experience in the pest control industry to appoint as Team Leader (Pest Control and Operations).
You will be responsible for the supervision, control and monitoring of the work of pest control operational staff and the implementation of Council policies and personnel procedures, including absence control and development appraisals.
You will be able to manage and negotiate contracts relating to Environmental Services, including pest control contracts and the vehicle fleet.
The ability to prepare, organise, present and implement reports, letters and action plans is essential.
The successful applicant will be the holder of a pest control or related qualification and will have worked at a supervisory level, managing technical and operational staff.
H/she will be customer service orientated with excellent communication and organisational skills and be computer literate.
