Needed in London�..Due to growth of our client portfolio, we need to recruit another pest technician to service these clients. You will be qualified to BPCA part 1 or equivalent with one year�s field experience and a full UK driving license (max 3 points) as the round will largely be SE & South London with a sat-nav equipped van. You will also need a positive attitude to working overtime, sometimes at short notice.
The majority of sites you will visit will be offices and other blue chip companies. (We tend to avoid cafes, takeaways, pubs, smaller restaurants etc). We therefore require an individual that is well presented and happy to communicate with lower and middle management (ie Building & Office Managers).
Our offices are close to Liverpool Street station in the City of London, although we only expect you to visit there to stock up .A small amount of bird work is necessary for overload situations (nothing complicated).
Your package will include competitive basic salary, overtime, and UNCAPPED sales commission, rated at 5% minimum. � (We�ve always wondered why some other companies� technicians get a reduced amount because your efforts result in a job or contract above a certain threshold � seems a bit unfair to us).
