| | We require an Account Manager to find, sell and manage bird control contracts within London and surrounding areas.
We have an exstablished client base covering many small and large construction companies, local authorities, property industry and blue chips that you will either run or be dealing with bird control enquiries as they come in.
We also have an established marketing campaign that brings through regular leads and enquiries for you to develop and sell.
Teaming these with our pest technician leads and client referrals means you will never be short of something to do.
We are looking for you to have a proven track record in successfully selling and managing bird control services.
More specifically, you will be able to demonstrate that you have:
Knowledge of safe working practices and compiling method statements and risk assessments.
A good awareness of installation methods, including products, installation timescales and access choices.
The ability to put together a technical, pictoral specification and sales proposal.
The ability to do business on level terms with architects, construction and property managers.
For office support, you will have an experienced Service Controller and a Director (that you will work closely with initially) that has over 10 years experience selling and managing bird control contracts in London.
You will also find our field service team to be absolutely first class and will not let you down.
Salary will include a competitive basic salary and uncapped sales commission allowing the right person to expect to earn �50k or more. Car allowance is also included as well as mobile phone and laptop. Tube travel is also covered.
The position is expected to be home based with your living somewhere in or around the M25.
