You would or would not be suprised at the damage one person can do to a company, especially if he does not understand the implications of what he sells. There are however lots of good peolpe, with lots of knowledge and good intent, working for the "evil" national companies.
Some of these hospitals would be better off bringing pest control in house. Maybe in conjunction with another part of hospital maintenance.
