There was a very interesting programme tonight on Radio 4 Costing the Earth at 9.00pm. It was about the present rat problem and the lack of action by Government in recognising its significance.
Presenters included Stephen Battersby, Rob Smith, Roger Quy, Gai Murphy, Tom and Marco Fernandez.
Well worth going onto the BBC.co.uk website to hear it again.
Best wishes Jonathan Peck Killgerm Group |

Yes I listened to it. Interesting and worrying especially the resistance problems in Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Hampshire. It will affect us all sooner or later, a time bomb waiting to go off.
Also interesting the comments on vitamin K1 in animal feed in the light of Iain's posting. I'm still not convinced of the actual practical scale of the problem even though there is an obvious theoretical one. |

It's repeated TODAY (11/Jan/08) at 15:00 for 30 mins ~ long haul drivers? And available on Listen Again, Radio4, for the next six days.
Cheers, Jonathan. I'll be 'tuning in', some time.
