hi guys, hope you are all well today, iam a la worker looking for some help. any other la workers or private contractors all help is greatly appreciated. my dept has been understaffed now for about 2 or 3 years and due to illness etc things are steadily getting worse. work is being contracted out to private firms on a daily basis. the help iam looking for is a guide as to the number of service requests other workers are required to attend in one day or one month or even one year? i just feel we are being pushed harder day by day and are expected to work 7 days and late nights just to meet the demand for the service. any info would be of help thanks
Alan, it depends on how far you have to travel between calls. Most commercial companies expect an average of six to ten calls each day, but its very different work to la. How many calls are you expected to do each day, and what sort of calls are they?
Hi Nick, I'm just about to go out mousing! Number of jobs per day difficult to predict. Could be from 1 job to 15 per day. Depends on type of job, distance travelled and efficiency of the pestie and his back room support.
