Hi
just got in from another working saturday to find the tax bill. No xmas card inside.
Still have managed to get a new apple laptop for xmas,just need to learn how to fly it now!!!

Did you file on-line Ogg ?
I did for the first time but it wasn't made very clear how to pay. I know how much so will they send me a bill or should I just send off the amount?

Oggy; Congratulations on going under the wire, mate! I have my eye on a Mac Mini, just as soon as I get time to figure out where to actually buy one with my Maestro card!
Anyway, regards actually using the damn things? Check out the brilliant set of books by David Pogue. Look for " Switching to the Mac: The Missing Manual ". There'll be one for the OS that yours comes with. Just get the one that covers your OS. I'm guessing that'll be OSX?
Oh, and just wait and see how many of Billy Boys little sheep will sneer and bleat at ye! LOL! It's amazing! Mention a Mac and they get SO aerated and stamp their little feet Why, in gods name??? But, you wait; It'll happen!

Lots of open source around if you dont like Micocrap
My Apple experiences goes right back to Apple 3, before Mac, writing CNC and NC programs.

my accounts manager sorts its all out for me on line,I just get a bill in the post with amount to pay for last year and part of next.

Anyone else know whether I will be billed by the revenue or will I have to just send them a cheque? |
