Adrian use both phosphine producing products. Talunex for mole control, smaller pellets pellet(s) every 3 -4 metres or 10 -12 feet. Also use it on small rat burrows if using rodenticide is not an option on grounds of possible secondary poisoning or public health. Phostoxin on rabbit burrows. Use the applicator as it is an engineering device saves all that stooping, normally take applicator apart when I buy one polish up internal plastic with fine wet & dry paper then polish up with furniture polish makes everything work more smoothly and not quite so many hold ups in tubes. On rabbits use plastic bags full of earth or newspapers, after getting pellet(s) as far down burrow as possible, gas spreads 3 metreish 10 foot, use bag to seal entrance then back fill. Takes a bit longer but is similar to how I used cymag. Both products not much good on sandy soil if large burrows.
