i dont think he came across that well. made a very interesting subject that i am passionate about sound veeeery boooring. nerves? he also proper didnt want to upset anyone and really went around the houses with that rat in a shop story. the public arent all stupid, they know pesties kill stuff. i thought the whole show could have been done better and dont want to slag off oliver who sounded a bit like that pestie steve coogan plays. |

just listened again....the only pesty who got a word in (the one who kills nothing) is a prominent bunny hugger...i checked him out, just type his name, area and pest control into google, and there he is! As for the woman with rats buying poison from the local farm....hope she knows what she is doing! I'm gonna complain to the Vine show! |

Nerves & caution - he guarded his replies well.........but contradicted himself by sitting on the fence when he replied to the "non killer" sometimes killing is not good as this leaves a vacuum only to be rehabited, re-location is a possibility...surely removing an infestation leaves a vacuum and where do you put these. Start a pest problem somewhere else ? Baffled me. Also "non killer" said he deals with rats, mice, think he said geese? and urban foxes....where does he relocate them all too? He can drop them down by me if he wants ( bar the geese ) Oliver should have also jumped on the use of EFK'S ( non glue boarded)in attics...wouldnt recomend any type to be honest. And should have jumped even harder on the nice lady buying buckets of rodenticides from her local agri. shop, her hubby "the country man" useing a weapon in garden to shoot rat ( hope the kids weren't out playing next door ) selling up her house and forgetting to tell new owner by the way you have some rats, she felt terrible about that mind |
