We are a relatively new company in San Diego, CA. We are looking for a routing program that we can use, and need some feedback from other users as far as what programs are good.
We purchased Route Rite about a month ago, and it has been a disaster dealing with them. The program is outdated, the forms are not lined up properly, there are typos, etc... Their customer service department is extremely rude, and we are fed up. We are looking at possibly getting Service Pro or something of that nature instead. Can anyone tell me from experience what they recommend using and/or avoiding?
Any advice/suggestions are greatly appreciated. |
