Syngenta and Sorex have signed a letter of intent for the sale of the world wide trademarks and registrations of all Ratak� difenacoum products. The arrangement also includes the trademark Ridak�.
Ratak� is an internationally established rodent control brand with many registrations throughout the world.
Current arrangements whereby Sorex manufacture and supply brodifacoum formulations to Syngenta world wide and market the Syngenta rodent control brands Klerat� and Talon� in the European market are unaffected by this new arrangement.
