PEST TECH 2004 - The latest event held on November 3rd 2004 was said by everyone to have been a great success. Exhibitors by the score were signing up on the day itself to attend the next event in 2005, new visitors told us on the NPTA stand that they had never seen such a variety and sheer amount of equipment, materials, information, help and assistance under one roof ever before and our regular visitors/delegates said "as usual a great show and I'm so glad I came again this year".
By 14.00 hours our printed stock of lapel badges had run out, that means at a minimum we had 1,200 through the door by 2 o'clock and our reception staff believed another 200-300 at least came just for the afternoon!
To date we have had one complaint from one exhibitor and that was "where is the carpet"? If you had wanted a carpet why didn't you say so, it would only have made your exhibition space another 300 extra!
To the many hundreds of visitors / delegates we get each and every year I don't think that is ever a worry to them. They have come to see and examine their current and possibly future tools of the trade and not bother whether a carpet has been fitted!
A full write up plus many, many photographs will be appearing in the January 2005 issue of "Today's Technician". Expected to be out early in the New Year.
NOW A DATE FOR YOUR NEW 2005 DIARY - PEST TECH 2005 WILL BE ON WEDNESDAY 2ND NOVEMBER. The usual opening hours of 9.00 a.m. until 5.00 p.m. This time inside the rebuilt Motorcycle Museum function rooms.
If you were unable to attend this last exhibition but are interested as to who was exhibiting there, we have copies of the Exhibition Catalogue which is a wealth of information. Usual contact details at NPTA House.
