Not too engrossed now, first whiskey down, still juggling the many aspects of Christmas dinner, I'm a Delia man - 1:45 "pour boiling water on the sprouts", the bread sauce (my/Delia's speciality) is sorted. It's all coming together now (sort of). The wife's flapping so time to open the wine................. bon appetit.
