As a new member of the Pest Control Portal Forum may I be allowed to say that the NPTA annual exhibition Pest Tech 2007 is to be held on Wednesday 14th November 2007 at the very same venue as the 2006 event. Namely, at the National Motorcycle Museum on Junction 6 of the M42 motorway, between Birmingham and Coventry. I would like to add that I thought the 2006 event was "the best yet!" Any other views out there?
I thought it was great day. There were plenty of products on display inclucing some new ones, and the welcome chance to chat to the suppliers about them all, as well as the social part like meeting up with friends and aquaintences.
I missed the workshops but was told that these were very good too. Infact most people I talked to said they thought it was one of the best ever Pestechs, and I heard one of the guys who were booking people in say that the number of people attending was up as well.
One of the most appealling things about Pestech for me is that as well as having so much going on, it is much more friendly and informal than the other ones.
Of course I enjoy the meeting of fellow PCO's, but for some reason it just didn't seem to have that sparkle. Plenty of items to see, but not much in the way of new stuff for my liking.
