OK - those of you that received our November/December edition of our Newsletter, or who came on our stand at Pest Tech, will already be aware of these new products, but for everyone else:

Romax Mouse DP
Launched at Pest Tech, this highly palatable bait, aimed specifically at mice, has proved to be very well-received by pest controllers as well. Containing difenacoum, it can be used indoors or out - and against rats as well. Supplied in 300g caulking tubes either singly or in bulk packs of 12 for as little as 4.87 per tube (+VAT).

Romax Glue Boards
This is a new and improved version of the large foldable rodent glue board previously supplied. When open it is 355mm x 220mm in size. This should of course only be used as a last resort and in accordance with the BPCA 'Code of Practice' for rodent glue boards. It will only be supplied to bone fide pest controllers.
Excellent value at 49.50 (+VAT) for a pack of 50.

Bell Micro Mouse Box
A new, small and very discreet Mouse bait box which is opened using the standard metal Bell key. Supplied in very handy-sized cartons of 12 at just 3.60 (+VAT) per carton - or 30 pence each.

Maxforce White IC
Bayer's new cockroach bait, based on imadachloprid, is available in small 30g tubes, similar to the original 'brown' Maxforce. The new 'white' product is more economical, however, as 1 tube of 'white' will treat the same area as 2 tubes of 'brown', but isn't twice the price.
A pack of 4 x 30g tubes is 67.32 (+VAT) - which is equivalent to a 13% saving on the original 'brown' version.
As you would expect from a Bayer product, the initial reports on it's usage in the field have been very positive.

...and finally, a good edition to your library:

"Rural Pest Control" by Steve Caple
A handy refresher for those already involved in this aspect of pest control or a facinating introduction to those new to this area.
17.50

As always:

Bayer fooled around with an Imidachloprid roach bait about eight years ago. They developed it in Australia. It never really gained much acceptance here. It is also the AI for Premise, the flagship of their termite brews. That has gained great acceptance and works very well.

Don't feed them, get Rid of them
