Must have been a bumper crop of ladybirds this year. We've just had the 4th call today about balconies/porches being inundated with them. Gotta get some and get them in the greenhouse quickly.
We've had at least a dozen calls this morning too. I've had the odd call over the years for a few (20 odd) ladybirds on window frames etc but nothing like this. Any ladybird specialists out there.
Suggested that they hoover up the ladybirds and put the bags in the greenhouse (unless Harlequins of course). I am assuming that Ladybirds will survive a trip into a hoover bag?
